About history.radio

Our Mission

History.radio is dedicated to commemorating significant historical events through amateur radio special event stations. We bring together ham radio operators from around the world to celebrate history, honor those who came before us, and foster international goodwill through the airwaves.

The Chasing Cornwallis Challenge

Each year, we organize and operate special event stations commemorating key battles of the Southern Campaign of the American Revolution. Our volunteers activate amateur radio stations under special callsigns, allowing operators worldwide to make contacts and receive commemorative QSL cards.

Work (5) five of the (6) six events below to qualify for the Certificate.
