Contact K4A volunteers representing all 56 Signers of the Declaration of Independence. Collect all 56 to earn the rank of General of the Signers.

Find K4A on the Air

Tune in June 27–July 10. Listen for K4A operating with a volunteer representing one of the 56 Signers. Each volunteer announces their Signer at the start of every QSO.

Make the Contact

Exchange callsigns with the K4A operator. One contact per Signer per event. The volunteer logs your contact directly in Liberty Log — no .adi files needed.

Earn Tier Ranks

Collect 15 Signers → Patriot · 30 → Scout · 45 → Captain · 56 → General. Earn the General rank and request your certificate in the QSL card flow.

Wildcard Activations (July 3–10 only): Some final-week activations are Wildcards — the volunteer can credit you for any Signer you still need. One credit per Wildcard activation. Watch for 🃏 in the activation table.
